Below you will find our shipping & Returns policy. Please note all shipping times exclude order processing times. Order processing can take anywhere from 2-3 business days, more for custom wig orders (please see our Hair FAQs page for custom wig order timeframes).  Chic Society co. does not ship orders on weekends or federal Holidays, please be mindful of this when placing your order. Very important: Your shipping address must be accurate and must match your billing address in order for us to proceed with processing & shipping your order, this is required. If they do not match, your order will be canceled & your payment will be refunded to you in the form that it was received.

Shipping

DOMESTIC

Chic Society co. ships all domestic orders via The United States Postal Service. Shipping can take anywhere between 3-5 business days (not including processing times). Once your order has been picked up by the delivery courier, you will receive tracking information to the email that you provided us at the time of order placement. Shipping is flat rate with signature confirmation; this means your signature is required in order for your package to be released to you. If you are unavailable to sign for your package it will be sent back to the delivering Post office. If you fail to retrieve your package from the delivering Post Office within their specified timeframe or if you refuse your package for any reason, your package will be returned to our fulfillment center and your order will be refunded minus a $15 restocking fee. Chic Society co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages signed for by someone other than yourself (the purchasing customer) at your home. 

INTERNATIONAL

Chic Society co. offers international shipping via The United States Postal Service (USPS) priority international shipping option. Shipping can take anywhere from 6-10 business days (not including processing times). Once your order has been picked up by the delivery courier, you will receive tracking information to the email that you provided us at the time of order placement. Please note all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chic Society co. is not responsible for these fees nor can we predict what they might be. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding their specific shipping policies & procedures. 

For both Domestic & International Shipping options. Please note once your package is picked up by the delivery carrier, Chic Society co. is no longer responsible nor do we have control over the delivery of your package.  Delivery times are only an estimate as we cannot prevent delays on part of the delivery carrier or delays due to inclement weather, Holidays etc. For questions regarding your order once it has left our facility, please contact the USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 and reference the tracking number that we’ve  provided to you post shipment

Returns/ Exchanges

HAIR BUNDLES FRONTALS & CLOSURES

Due to the nature of the product all hair sales to include, bundles, frontals & closure are final and are not eligible for return or refund. We practice a strict quality control process and we 100% stand behind the quality of our products. However, should you find a defect with our hair, we will gladly offer you an exchange. Please contact us via email within 5 business days of receipt of your order to bring the issue to our attention. By purchasing hair from Chic Society co., you agree to not file a chargeback prior to allowing us the opportunity to remedy the issue you have with your order. In most cases we can, however If we can not remedy the situation and an exchange is warranted, you will have 10 business days to return the hair back to our office. Hair must be returned in the same condition it was received. Federal regulations prohibit the return of any used hair products so if the hair has been tampered with, unwrapped, untied, worn or styled in anyway the exchange will be null & void & the hair will be shipped back to you. Return instructions will be sent to you upon agreement of an exchange. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your exchange and ship out your new order. 

CUSTOM WIGS

Due to the nature of the product & the inability to resell, all custom made to order wigs are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. We do however, offer reconstruction of your custom wig should you encounter an issue with sizing. We do our best to help you avoid sizing discrepancies by offering free telephone or video call consultations to ensure that you obtain the correct head measurements. Chic Society co. is not responsible if you receive your custom wig and it does not fit properly and you did not consult with us to ensure that you had the correct measurements prior to placing your custom wig order. However we will offer you the option to send it back to us to be reconstructed. There will be a $250 take down & remake fee and you will be responsible for all shipping fees. In the event you consulted with us about your custom wig measurements and your wig does not fit properly, the fee to take down & remake your custom wig as well as all shipping fees will be waived. Please contact us immediately should you encounter any issues with the fitting of your custom wig upon receipt. Return instructions if necessary will be provided to you at that time.
